Information Services Vancouver (ISV) is your link to thousands of community, social, and government agencies across British Columbia. Our agency is the largest provider of information and referral (I&R) services in BC.
Whatever your question or concern - however simple or complex the issues involved - our experienced staff can direct you to the services and programs best able meet to your needs. In 2007-2008, we helped 59,943 people.
ISV is a fully accredited, non-profit agency and our services are free-of-charge, multilingual, confidential, and anonymous.
