Board of Directors

As with most non-profit agencies, Information Services Vancouver (ISV) is governed by a volunteer board of directors. The board's role is to ensure that the work of the Information Services Vancouver Society is carried out in accordance with its constitution.

The directors are elected at the Annual General Meeting, held in September, and serve a two year term. They meet nine times a year, and each member serves on one or more committees as required.

ISV's 2008-2009 Board of Directors comprises:
Michele Pye (President)
Rita Dahlie (Vice-President/Secretary)
Ray Christopherson (Treasurer)
Carol Cole
Gary Luedke
Kevin Zimka

We are sorry to say "Goodbye" to Donald Johnson, who has resigned after 13 years on ISV's board. Donald served as secretary, vice-president and, between 2004 and 2007, president. We thank him very much for his dedicated service to ISV.
